Our gowns range from $2,500-8,000. Keep in mind that is before taxes, fees, and alterations. If you have a question about a price on a specific gown please give us a call! Request an appointment here.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours of your exact appointment time will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
You can cancel by calling (leaving a voicemail that is time-stamped no less than 24 hours of your appointment time), email, or clicking the “cancel appointment” button in the confirmation email sent to you 5 days prior to your appointment.

We allow brides to bring up to 5 guests to an appointment as we can comfortably seat that size group in our viewing area. We recommend keeping your group small and supportive!
Inspiration dress photographs are welcomed and anything else that you want to incorporate into your look. We ask that all brides come prepared wearing undergarments (strapless bra, spanx, etc.) and heels that are reflective of those that you will wear on your wedding day. Your consultant will be helping you into each gown, so wear something you are comfortable in. Avoid heavy make-up and spray tans before an appointment to help keep our gowns clean!
We value our partnerships with our designers, therefore, out of respect for their craft, discounts are only extended during sample sales, trunk shows, and other special promotions.
Most of the samples in our shop are a bridal sizes 10 – 12. These will fit more like size 6-10 street size. All of our designers have slightly different size charts so every sample will fit a little differently. We understand that it can be difficult to envision your wedding dress in a sample that does not fit perfectly, but we’ve got all sorts of tricks and tools to help provide an idea of how the dress will look in your size. Our selection of samples in size 16 – 22 is growing! Please ask us about these gowns.
Most of our gowns are custom ordered and require a 4-6 month lead time. However, we occasionally have a few samples for sale off the rack but never guaranteed.
A sample sale is when we sell our sample gowns right off the floor at a discounted price, anywhere from 30%-70% off. We offer these for a short period of time on a first come first sever basis.
A trunk show is when we host a designer’s full collection – oftentimes with a discount. This is a special time because it gives our brides a chance to view gowns that are not always carried in our shop and possibly even meet the designer! You will want to book your appointment in advance as this is a very popular time. Check our events page for updates!
All of the dresses in our shop are samples. We only carry one sample in one size of each of our styles. Once you have selected a dress, we take your measurements and compare them to the designer’s size chart. The dresses are made in standard sizes, so we will work with you in choosing the best size, but alterations are typically to be expected. We then order your specific dress and have it shipped to our shop.
Start shopping early! Gowns can take anywhere from 4-6 months to arrive. You should begin shopping for your dress a minimum of 8 months in advance of the wedding to allow enough time for alterations once the wedding gown arrives. But don’t worry if you didn’t get to start that far in advance; several of our designers offer rush services for a fee.
We accept cash, checks, or credit cards. We require a 60% non-refundable deposit upon the signing of your bridal contract, with the remaining 40% due upon the pickup of your dress. Additional fees, shipping fees, and taxes will be applied at the final checkout process if applicable. Dresses sold “off the rack” (samples) and all accessories must be paid for in full before the product leaves the store. We do not accept checks as a form of payment at your final pickup or for any sample item off the rack.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and/or refunds for any reason; this includes the 60% deposit if a bride decides not to pursue the dress, wedding, and/or dissolve the contract.
Alterations are to be expected most of the time. We do not provide in-house alterations, but we have a fabulous list of references we provide to all of our brides. Expect to pay anywhere from $400-$1,000 for alterations of any wedding gown.
We do not carry entire collections from our designers, so if you are looking to try on a specific gown please contact us first to make sure we have a sample in the store for you to try on. If we do not have that particular gown, we can request to borrow it from the designer. If it is available to loan, we will require a $100 non-refundable deposit (per dress) to borrow the gown for you to try.
We only sell bridal gowns and accessories for the bride including Little White Dresses!
We order throughout the year to ensure that we have the most current collection of couture wedding dresses in Central Virginia.
We do! We welcome all to come and celebrate their love with us!
Unfortunately, we do not loan out our gowns for any reason.
